Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal to ensure trackable and secure transit.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is free of pet hair or debris.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
